I have always been captivated by the magic of a great customer experience.

 

As a kid, I gleamed every time I'd walk back into my hotel room and see all my belongings neatly stacked on the corner of a freshly made bed. These days, there is no greater feeling to me than a sigh of relief and the weight lifted off my shoulders when the person on the other side of the chat understands exactly what I'm struggling with and assures me they have a plan to help me.

One of my natural gifts is to look at a situation and see how things can be better, which allows me to help companies make their customer experience their competitive advantage.

I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, but I now reside in Dublin, Ireland with my partner Jack and our daughter Eva. I've always been a tactile learner and I gravitate toward creating things with my hands, such as cooking or pottery. I'm also fascinated by social media marketing and find great joy in creating content for TikTok and Instagram. And if you want to know my idea of the perfect afternoon, it includes a trip to a local cafe to catch up with an old friend over coffee.
