I am currently the Global Quality Manager at WhatsApp, where I lead the long-term strategy, project management and operational execution of quality management systems for the app’s 2B+ global users. Prior to joining WhatsApp, I served as the Director of Technical Support at Mailchimp - an all-in-one marketing platform for small businesses. During my time at Mailchimp, our team of over 300 people was recognized for 9 Gold Stevie Awards. In 2019, I received my MBA in strategy execution from The Georgia Institute of Technology, and I was recognized on Georgia State University’s 2020 40 Under 40 list.
Prior to my career in tech, I worked in operational roles across a wide range of industries including luxury hotels, retail, and talent development. My career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where I gained a deep understanding of what it really means to provide exceptional customer service. I also have experience navigating business across cultures from my time working in Madrid, Spain where I crafted and facilitated leadership training programs for major corporations including Ford Motor Company, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Bassat Ogilvy and Bolsa de Madrid (Spanish Stock Exchange). Following my time in Spain, I served as the Manager of Employee Culture for RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. where I delivered engagement initiatives that reached 10,000+ employees in the Southern US. No matter what field I’m in, I pride myself on instilling leadership and talent practices to revolutionize the way companies do business.
