I see marketing differently.

Before I worked in marketing, I spent more than a decade working close to the customer, leading customer experience, operations, quality, and support teams across companies like Mailchimp, Wix, WhatsApp, and Meta.

That background still shapes how I work today.

I do not look at marketing as a list of content tasks. I look at it as part of the full experience of how people understand, trust, and choose a business.

I pay attention to what customers are trying to figure out, what founders keep explaining on sales calls, where the business has evolved but the website has not, and which parts of the story are obvious internally but unclear from the outside.

That is usually where the good stuff is hiding.

Today, I work with founder-led companies that have grown through relationships, referrals, sales, and reputation, but have not yet built a full in-house marketing team. These companies are usually not starting from zero. The work is good, the customers are happy, and the business has momentum. But marketing still feels too dependent on the founder to explain, direct, approve, or restart.

I step in as an embedded marketing lead to turn scattered ideas into clearer messaging, stronger content, and a practical rhythm the business can sustain.

I understand how personal your business is to you.

My own business started after I was part of a mass layoff while on maternity leave with my first daughter.

After years of working inside large companies with established teams, systems, and structures, I suddenly had to build something of my own.

That experience changed how I see founders.

I understand how personal a business can feel when you built it, why handing pieces of it to someone else can feel hard, and how much trust it takes to bring someone close enough to help shape how the business shows up.

The work I do now brings together the parts of my career that have always felt most natural: customer understanding, operational thinking, messaging, content, and the ability to walk into complexity and make it easier to move through.

LET'S DO THIS

If your marketing still feels too scattered, too inconsistent, or too dependent on you, I can help.
